Use the environment precautions

1. Working environment temperature range -20℃≤t≤50℃, working environment humidity range 10% to 90%RH;

2. Avoid use or storage in high temperature, high humidity, high acid/alkali/salt environment;

3. Keep away from flammable materials, gas and dust;

4. Avoid strong collision and collision of sharp objects during transportation;

5. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation condition is not good, attention should be paid not to open the screen for a long time;

6. LED display exceeding the specified humidity in the case of power, will lead to corrosion of parts, and even short circuit resulting in permanent damage;

7. Metal objects that are easy to conduct electricity such as water and iron powder are strictly prohibited in the screen body. LED display should be placed in a low dust environment as far as possible, large dust will affect the display effect, while too much dust will cause damage to the circuit. If water enters for various reasons, power off immediately until all components in the screen are dry.

Switch screen precautions

1. Open the screen: first open the control computer to make it work normally and then open the LED display screen;

2. Turn off the screen: First turn off the LED screen body power, turn off the control software, and then turn off the computer correctly; (Turn off the computer first without turning off the display screen, which will cause high highlights in the screen body, burn the lamp tube, and have serious consequences)

3. Switch screen time interval should be greater than 5 minutes;

4. Avoid opening the screen in the all-white screen state, because it is the maximum power state at this time, which has the largest impact current on the entire distribution system;

Power supply precautions

1.LED module for DC +5V power supply (working voltage: 4.2~5.2V), do not use AC power supply; The positive and negative terminals of the power terminal are strictly forbidden to be reversed (note: once reversed, it will burn the product and even cause a serious fire);

2.LED display power supply voltage: 220V±10% frequency: 50HZ±5%;

3. Safe and reliable ground contact, reliable ground and neutral line isolation, access power away from high-power electrical equipment;

4. If short circuit, tripping, wire burning, smoke and other abnormal manifestations are found, power testing should not be repeated, and problems should be found in time;

5. Keep the power supply stable, and do a good job of grounding protection to avoid lightning strikes, do not use in harsh natural conditions, especially in strong lightning weather;

6. It is necessary to supply power to the large screen step by step, because the maximum power state of the whole screen will have an impact on the entire distribution system;

7.LED display is not allowed to play the highest brightness of the all-white picture for more than half an hour, so as not to cause too much current, power line heating, LED light damage, affecting the service life of the display, it is recommended to play dynamic video;

8.LED display products in the use of the process, not continuous on and off the power supply, the operation between the two should be separated by at least 1 minute;

9. The internal line of the LED display screen, non-professionals are forbidden to touch, so as to avoid electric shock or damage to the line; If something goes wrong, have it professionally repaired.

Cleaning precautions

1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: LED full-color display screen long exposure to the outdoor environment wind, sun, rain, even if the indoor LED display for a long time, the screen will accumulate more dust and rain wash traces, which need to be cleaned regularly and timely to prevent the effect of viewing;

2. To clean the module surface, gently brush with a soft brush. Do not use any liquid substance to clean the surface of the LED module, otherwise the LED lamp beads may be damaged;

3. Correct wipe: The surface of the LED display screen can be wiped with alcohol, or use a brush or vacuum cleaner for dust removal, and can not be wiped directly with a wet cloth;

Moisture-proof and storage requirements

1. Storage temperature requirements: ambient temperature -40 ° C ≤t≤60 ° C, after the package is opened, LED products must be stored in the temperature <30 ° C and humidity <60% environment;

2. According to the environment of the display body and control part, avoid insect bites, and place anti-rat poison if necessary;

3.LED display can not be turned off for a long time, in a high humidity environment, if the screen body is not used for more than 3 days, each time the screen body needs to be preheated: 30%-50% of the brightness is preheated for 4-8 hours, and then adjusted to normal brightness (80%-100%) to light the screen body, so that the moisture is removed, so that there is no anomaly in use; If the screen body is not used for more than 7 days, each time the screen body needs to be preheated: 30%-50% of the brightness is preheated for more than 12 hours, and then adjusted to normal brightness (80%-100%) to light the screen body, so that moisture is removed, so that there is no anomaly in use.
